The 90-Day
Content Roadmap
A plan for turning the foundation we built into momentum, one phase at a time.
The foundation is set. The look, the site, the press kit, the first videos, the show art. All of it lives in one world now.
This is the part where it starts working for you. The next 90 days are about rhythm, showing up consistently, in the Slim Glasses voice, so the people who find you stay. What follows is the plan, broken into three phases. It is built to flex. A new shoot, a new song, a new show, they all feed the same machine.
Launch & Rhythm
What goes out
- The four vertical shorts already finished, released one at a time, not dumped all at once. Spacing them builds anticipation and gives the algorithm room to work each one.
- The June 19 show flyer, leading the announcement and the reminders into the date.
- Profile cleanup across platforms so anyone who lands on the page sees the new brand, not the old one.
The posting rhythm
Two to three posts a week. One short per week as the anchor, supported by show promo and behind-the-scenes. Consistency matters more than volume. Three good posts a week, every week, beats ten in one burst and then silence.
Sharpen & Shoot
The next shoot
- A focused reshoot built on what we learned the first time. Tighter performances, locked to the tracks, so the visuals and the music line up the way they should.
- Shoot wide for content, not just for one video. One good session should feed weeks of posts: full performance, detail shots, candid moments, vertical and horizontal.
- Capture behind-the-scenes on the same day. The making-of is often better content than the polished cut.
What goes out
- First cuts from the new footage start rolling in, keeping the feed fresh.
- Continue the weekly rhythm from Phase 1, now with stronger material.
Build & Scale
What goes out
- The strongest cuts from the new shoot, released as the centerpiece content.
- Streaming push once the final mixes land, the profiles go live and the music gets its own rollout.
- Recap content from the June 19 show and any dates that follow, proof the band is live and moving.
Looking at the numbers
- By day 90, there is enough posted to see what actually works, which songs, which formats, which moments people respond to.
- That read becomes the plan for the next quarter. The machine keeps running, now tuned to what the audience told us.
The four content pillars
Every post should fall into one of these. It keeps the feed varied without losing the thread.
The Music
Performance clips, song teasers, the work itself. The reason anyone is here.
The Band
Who they are. Personality, rehearsals, the four of them being themselves.
The Live Show
Dates, flyers, recaps. Turning followers into people who show up.
Behind the Scenes
The making-of. Studio, shoots, the process. The stuff that builds real connection.
Where this goes
The foundation is done and yours. This roadmap is the path for the next 90 days, and it runs best when someone is steering it day to day, keeping the rhythm, shooting the new material, reading the numbers and adjusting.
When you are ready to put this in motion, let’s talk about what running it together looks like.
